Keir “Coach K” Kimbrough
P. T. T. was born the moment I lost my brother, my best friend, my partner in crime, and my mentor. Keir is the ultimate when it comes to turning negatives into positives. Whenever we were together and faced any type of adversity, we always found a way to come out on top in a positive way. Let me back up a little, when Keir and I meet we both were mentoring troubled youth in non- traditional way (through education and sports). This vibe that connected us, instantly said to me “ that’s my brother, from another Mother”. By us both working in the education field, coaching, and being big sports fans talking trash is what we did. Trash talking was just dealing with sports, I notice that we all talk trash to each other in many situations and it was mostly in a negative manner. Even though sometimes it was all fun and games, the things that were said was not always real positive. So, I decided in the words of my brother “Coach K” “We goin’ turn this thang around”. His words inspired me to bring “Positive Trash Talk” to life and build a culture of positivity, and we can’t forget Papa Lou saying, “it’s rough, ain’t”!!! I know they are both with me every step of the way, so let’s get it y’all!!!
The creation and future growth of Positive Trash Talk is dedicated to Keir Kimbrough and Luther Courtney!!!!!

Founder/Entrepreneur
Hello,
My name is Monique “Coach Mo” Taylor-Jones, and I am from California. I am a former student-athlete, youth basketball/softball coach, trainer, mentor, as well as a former academic advisor for student-athletes. I now reside in Cherokee County, Ga., I have been actively involved is sports most of my life, as a participant (I played basketball, softball, and ran track), a spectator, and now as a coach/trainer. The result of it all has been that I have developed a lot of great relationships with some great people, as well as great athletes that been based off trust, loyalty, and comment. These are the some of the exact attributes I plan to develop with up and coming clients. I also plan to help student-athletes bring out the best of themselves and become academically sound while doing so.....…
I am certified in Sports Psychology for Peak Performance, Diet/Nutrition Advisory ASEP Coaching Principles and by being an athlete myself I know that I can help young student-athletes to stay focused to their particular sport and their academics in a positive manner...… excelling in basketball, softball, and track & field, is what started my love and passion for sports to grow and never wanted to allow that fire to die. So, I choose to continue to encourage young athletes and keep the fire inside them burning. I hope that they never lose their love for sports and continue pursue their dreams.
Coach Mo’s words of wisdom;
"The only person who can really motivate you is you."
